The quick summary is:

• someone whose birth name the journalists can't be bothered to clarify (worried about transphobia?) has a habit of using many pseudonyms to contact women online
  
• this person is a registered sex offender
  
• this person appeared on the court lists as 'Mr', possibly using the name 'Chloe Walker'
  
• there is a 'Sexual Harm Prevention Order' in place specifically prohibiting them from using pseudonyms online without notifying the police
  
• this apparently did not stop this person changing name to 'Chloe Walker' and 'becoming a woman', because obviously that's much more important than preventing sexual harm
  
• despite the (legal?) identity as a woman and Chloe Walker, this person apparently exclusively identifies as male when contacting women online, in the current case using the name 'Jamie Thornton', and previously having used 'Brendon Walker', 'Steven Walker', and 'James Walker'
  
• the prosecutor begun proceedings by using 'he/him' pronouns to refer to Jamie/Brendon/Steve/James/Chloe (they/them, surely?) but was stopped by the judge and ordered to use female pronouns

just to clarify, the reason for the case was Jamie/Brendon/Steve/James/Chloe was using the name 'Jamie' online to contact women, without having notified the police, which was in violation of the Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

Jamie/Brendon/Steve/James/Chloe has just got out of prison, but was not sent back, despite the breach, but instead was given a suspended sentence.

Obviously Jamie is a fake name and it's very wrong to use that. But Chloe is a totally true and honest name, and it's vital that it be respected by the prosecutor.

A cynical part of me wonders if the judge is trying to prevent any loopholes about 'unfair hearing' and 'undue pressure' and other such things that could overturn the verdict, or make it about anything other than the offence. Then again, its getting hard these days to be cynical enough to keep up with what's happening.

worryingly, this sex offender is employed full-time in prison as a wing cleaner at HMP Peterborough and has become a diversity representative.

The prison website says HMP YOI Peterborough is the only purpose-built prison in the country to accommodate both male and female residents, who are kept separate at all times. The prison also has a mother and baby unit on site.

It's absolute bullshit and because no one with the power to, has stopped this crap, it sets a frightening precedent for further down the track. But the lack of care about women, the resentment and contempt towards us is such that people in power are prepared to sacrifice due process, so long as it benefits a few men and puts women back in our place.

And you can tell because when it' money, they care: 'Phoenix' laws exist to protect investors and consumers from recidivist predatory 'business' scamsters. But as soon as the crime is predominantly against women and children...?

It has already happened. Maria MacLachlan was assaulted by a transwoman. The judge found the the TW guilty of assault but reduced Maria's compensation because she refused to feminine pronouns to describe the male who assaulted her. The judge penalised a woman for being honest and truthful in court.
