Stacey Dooley, wonderful journalist, maker of documentaries about women, is in the final tonight.

Just saying...

I find her docs quite hard going, not her, but the subjects

but I do love her and think she's an amazing dancer. she should definitely win!

I used to be mildly addicted to Burger King chips, but I won't touch Burger King since watching her documentary on the way women are treated in Russia and seeing how Burger King used a double rape case to promote a meal deal.

I want her to win. I fear Joe and his millions of fans have it sewn up though. Stacey and Kev have done really well.

My dad is unimpressed. He wanted Faye.

Ok. I may have just got extremely excited and now have a sore throat from screaming in sheer joy. I love her, and I think the tremendous talented Kevin probably does a bit too. That's made my bloody year.

Youngest daughter is still sobbing in delighted, overwhelmed emotion.

I am thinking I have to get up at 6am and should probably have a honey and lemon drink.

A well deserved win. And I thought her show dance was great, really suited her, the judges were unnecessarily harsh there.

I thought she was great - well done Stacey Star

She was great.

But I thought Fay was robbed.

I like it when serious older women who just work super hard get recognition, so I felt for Fay as it obviously meant a lot to her and her dancing was incredible.

But I love Stacey, so happy.

Was she really without pants though?

twitter.com/josh_seward/status/1074045062412148737 This guy's a treat on twitter. Now moaning about feminists picking him up on his language, when he has daughters. Hmm. "flash the gash" Hmm Nasty feminists asking him not to use disrespectful language about women.

She was, I believe, wearing a nude leotard/knickers. She's tweeted she "flashed her knickers on Strictly."

Of course she was wearing pants. And a dance leotard. It was nude/flesh coloured fgs.

It's juvenile in the extreme whilst also being brainlessly misogynist to make comments about a woman like that.

I was delighted that Stacey won, she's adorable. However if any of the final four had won I'd have been pleased, they were all great and such a nice bunch. They all seemed delighted. It was a wonderful series.

I noticed the flash of invisible knickers too, guessed it was a nude leotard. There was a lot of knicker/crotch flashing this year.

Yeah, I didn't mean anything by it

Women of the world: if you're dating a guy who uses terms like "flash the gash" - dump immediately. Any man using language like that about a woman is a misogynist.

This was a public information broadcast. Thank you.
