I find it hard to feel very angry with individuals like this to be honest, my anger is more with the plastic surgeons that operated on him for having no ethics whatsoever. This is a very confused young man who doesn't appear to have malevolent intent and I think they need psychological help. I don't suppose this current persona will make them any more happy than the last two and I suspect only people with trans fetishes are likely to have relationships with them whether they are claiming to be a gay man or a lesbian woman.

So long as they are honest to potential dates, which they claim to be (though who knows what honesty counts as in the current environment) and don't force their way into female domains I wish them better mental health and happiness in the future.
