Radio 4 broadcast this opinions piece this morning about free speech in American Universities and the discrediting of science and facts. I was particularly interested in Andrew Sullivan's thoughts on the impact of these students as they leave university and enter the real world, especially journalism. Definitely worth a listen - it is about 10 mins long.

I heard this on Friday and have just this minute finished listening for the third time on iPlayer.

I’m in agreement with the analysis.

Although Sullivan was referring to BLM, ‘a reality show version of an actual civil rights movement’ seems to capture a concerning broader trend.
