what if she was sober and her victim was drunk (and thus unable to give meaningful consent)?

That would be rape would it not?

No, rape is a crime committed by using a penis in UK law. Which the biological man in this article, formally called Gavin, has.

Apparently no evidence was prevented for the rapes, and Katie, who has form for assaulting and stealing from taxi drivers, was separately charged with sexual assault on a taxi driver.

Apparently transwomen running around trying to molest people is hilarious and the charges were dropped, leaving only a common assault.

He was charged with "sexual assault, theft, damaging property and common assault

But now those offences have also been dropped and the 25-year-old pleaded guilty to a public order offence."

S/He "ended up, in an almost comical fashion, given that she was intoxicated and wearing high heels, chasing the taxi driver around his taxi.

“There was some sort of physical contact.

“What took place was largely ineffectual.”
