Strange mix I'll admit! What do we think of them?
I'm certainly not an ideolog, and I watched Joe's interview with Milo Yiannopoulos and he's the only person I've seen who made Milo squirm.
Christina Hoff Sommers' is an egalitarian/feminist, which I can identify with, but I also struggle not to get worked up about things that are labelled 'SJW', like jokes about mental illness, because frankly until that agenda has come a lot farther every joke is another drop in the ocean of stigma.
It makes me wonder how we can actually get a balance somewhere between assuming oppression doesn't exist anymore, and acknowledging there is some difference in our biology that influences the types of choices people in Scandinavia seem to be making in terms of careers etc. aside from oppression. Difference that doesn't mean we can't do things, but just means we like to do some things differently. That also needs to be squared with not allowing the trans lobby to hijack that and turn it into 'born in the wrong body'.
To me it feels quite hard to not identify with any one movement, just because everyone wants to have an identity and belong. I have ASD so perhaps I'm also (unhelpfully - I accidentally joined a cult as a teenager!) more prone to trying to attach myself to groups because of my experience of not belonging.
I hope someone can at least identify with the sentiment here...
