Don't know if anyone else has seen this survey in the Guardian? I am sadly too old to participate, but wondered if anyone else might like to:

I'm too old too, but I decided to identify as 26 for the purposes of the survey.

I'm 35 so I didn't need to lie about my age.

That's all that matters, right? (I may have ranted written at length about self identification not being all that matters, not least because the resources we have to self-identify with are a bunch of stereotypes and constructions anyway).

What age would I have to self-identify as in order to fill it in? Might self-identify as a male Tory politician because then people would have to let me run the country, no?

Apparently young people are between 20 and 35 for the guardian survey.

I uploaded a picture of me at Notting hill carnival wearing full costume (which isn't very much) and had a fairly long critique of trans* orthodoxy. I wonder if they will post mine.

I decided that I identify as 27 and completed it as such.

Gender is a fluid social construct while sex is a biological, unchangeable reality....

The questions had no reference to biology or sex and only referred to gender. Deliberately leaning I presume.

I filled it in. I said i had no internal sense of gender but am female because that is my biological sex. Gender is a social construct with difference expectations of what men and women should do that vary by time and culture.
I'm 35. I don't indentify as young (and neither does my back)
