How depressing. It's strange that men are never told they can't do things. It's also strange that it's (nearly) always men telling women what they can & can't do.

What a load of crap.

I'll wear what I want, walk where I want and if I want to walk home on my own I should be able to without fear of attack...

I can state one thing that men shouldn't do - tell women what they should and shouldn't do: because it is none of their goddam business.

I quite liked the last one. It's always amused me that the most visible and top-ranking people in even what are usually deemed 'women's work' (cooking in this case) are usually men.

For a given value of the word 'amuse' at least.

Bleh. How depressing.

Lightening its classed as woman's work within the home only, within a professional kitchen its looked at differently- women cook- men create, only men have the determination and passion to make cooking an art...

Bollocks indeed. Though I would like to point out that there were matching signs for men on the other side of the road for the orthodox Jewish procession. I have many arguments against the treatment of women by orthodox branch of my religion, but this was a simple case of segregation of sexes - still stupid and rooted in misogyny, but in this case both sexes were told where to walk, not just women.

I thought that must have been the case Annie, thanks for clarifying.

Well they can all fuck off.
