I read this today. Some interesting points, interesting the idea that women need to meet male created work goals, never thought about it in that way before.

Oh yeah, goals, that's something I need to do. My male managers are rubbish at setting goals. My last agreement had me writing prominently that they had been discussed with me, and as stated in the discussion, I do not agree with them.

I have only skimmed the article, but I recognise the author's name, who I have seen on a few other women in business (I think) articles. I feel like printing off copies of the article and anonymously leaving it on the desks of the many male senior managers and sexist male middle managers at my work Grin

I do wonder how hard it would be to set up genuine/authentic male role models to act as supporters though. I think that is a big challenge...
