What feminist policies would a political party need to represent the interests of women? On work? Childcare? Education? Violence? Sex industry? Anything else?

Policies on equal pay, gender pay gap, flexible working, maternity/paternity leave, violence against women and girls, trafficking, representation of women in politics, representation of women in management/business/leadership, women in science, engineering, and technology, um, I'm sure there are lots more but I'm tired :)

The TUSC conference has been and gone (16/07/11); I couldn't go to it. Have not yet seen detailed results, so don't know what happened to the things I submitted.
