Can I block 'adult' channels on freesat?

Cross-posted in Chat, but hoping someone here might be able to help!

Just bought a new panasonic tv and want to know if it's possible to block the free 'adult' channels. Don't really want LO to flick through the channels and come across a woman talking dirty with her hands down her knickers Hmm (like I discovered a little earlier this lunchtime!)

this might help. I think it depends on the make of your Freesat box

Replied on Chat, but copying here:

Go on Menu and choose channel settings then you can hide any channels you don't like to stop them appearing in the channel list. You can also a pin-coded child lock on any you don't want the kids to see.

Anyone know if there is a list of which Freeview/FreeSat channels are 'adult' or shopping rubbish, so I can just block those ones without spending the next few hours watching them?

Here's a list. Looks like there are only 2 adult channels, so not sure if list is up-to-date

Thank you - was quite shocked at what was on during the day... (Although I don't really appreciate it at any time!)
