Redness on belly

Hello,

Does anyone know what this is on my belly? I’ve noticed it this morning. I’m not wearing any clothing that would cause it or irritate my skin.
I can’t figure out what it is.

Anyone else had anything like it?

Is your skin overheated for some reason. Like a very hot shower or fleece clothing? I get it if I scratch myself in shower.
