I felt just like this when peri-menopause started. Ridiculous fatigue and brain fog.
It could be your levels. Low magnesium, iron and potassium can all make you feel the way you do. Also, have you been really cooped up lately? Your vitamin d levels might be low which results in these symptoms as well.
