I’m currently dieting and was just wondering if there was anything else to help alongside calorie deficit and exercise? I always see things on my Facebook like juice plus, tablets etc so I’m just wondering if things like this are any good? Obviously I’m still going to eat less and move more but wondering if there was anything to kind of help along
I just bought a tea from amazon which is very good. But it smells like rotting grass so I let it cool and knock it back.
