Hi, im so heartbroken and confused atm. currently going through a missed misscarriage.
Babys heart stopped beating at 7 weeks
Its my first pregnancy and misscarriage. So i have no idea what to expect.. the midwifes havent told me much apart from let nature take its turn.

So if anyone has been through this or simillar i would appreciate if you could share your ecperience please. Im bleeding a lot and was in alot of pain last night. But not found any clots or tissues or a fetus.

Everytime i visit the toilet im so scared and nervous not knowing what i might see

I'm so sorry Flowers. I hope someone can help you here. Mine was different, as I just started bleeding about 6.5 wks so it wasn't missed. It was like a very heavy period that lasted about 5 days, and I passed a small clot. I hope you have someone there to comfort you. Thinking of you Flowers

I had a mmc at 9 weeks, and I opted for surgical management. But just wanted to say if the baby’s heart stopped beating it’s likely that it was a chromosomal problem and sadly the pregnancy probably wasn’t viable from the start. It’s true, it’s natures way of dealing with things, but it doesn’t make it any less painful x

Bleeding and clots, you won't see anything that looks like a baby (because its much too small) so you don't have to worry about that. Once it starts (pains or bleeding), start taking paracetamol regularly (read the instructions first so you don't overdose). Treat yourself well, take it easy, you'll be ok. A miscarriage at 7 weeks is very doable, a more painful period. It's not scary. Good luck next tims.

I went through this last week Thanks

The baby stopped growing at 6.5 weeks but I didn't miscarry until over 9 weeks.

I just waited until it started naturally. I didn't have any pain and the bleeding was like a period. I bled for about a week and need to take a pregnancy test next week to see if my hormone levels have gone down. Hopefully the test will be negative and I won't need any medical management.

It's going to be ok. Try to reframe this as your body doing a test run if that's a comfort to you.

I’m so sorry Flowers

You might need to have yourself checked over to ensure that everything has come away. You don’t want an infection on top of this.

Ah it’s good you’ve had a scan. Just take time out to grieve. It’s hard and some people will say things that are well intentioned but likely to upset you. X
