Something came out of my vagina.

July 5th I had unprotected sex and took a plan b 10 hours after, a few days later on July 13th I start experiencing horrible cramping and yesterday July 16th I used the restroom and wiped and this little thing came out of me it looks like a tiny embryo but I don’t believe it could have formed that fast I also have irregular periods and now I am still cramping I am not sure if this was a very early miscarriage, I spoke with a doctor online which he told me that it was clot formation and symptom of the plan b but I’m still certainly unsure any ideas? Also I did spot and have been bleeding up til now bleeding is slow but I am still having cramps and I have irregular periods

So should I still take a pregnancy test? Because I am bleeding the the blood is like a brown ish color ?
