Anyone take HRT for Osteoporosis? Just diagnosed, and I do not want to start on Alendronic Acid - would rather try diet, exercise, calcium and vitamin D. My specialist says the WHI survey that made many women go off HRT is now being re-analysed and for my age, HRT is a sensible option to consider. Will talk to my GP next week, but just curious if anyone has gone this route.
I don't have any answers for you, @Radoy, but just bumping this for you in case anyone else does.
