Also, one other thing I've noticed is that in Yoga or gym classes I'm noticing twinges of pain when doing certain stretches - is this a fibroid thing too?
I've never suffered much with painful periods but for the last 6 months they are getting progressively more crampy.
Last year I was admitted to hospital with upper abdo pain and an ultrasound found a fibroid but I'd had no pain or symptoms then so didn't need to see gyne or anything. I'm assuming this is why they are suddenly painful.
Should I ask the GP for a referral now it's started to be so painful? I'm doubled over in pain today - never felt anything like it!
