Can anyone tell me what happens at a first appointment with a women's health physio for bladder prolapse. Can you still attend if on period at this time? Thank you

I went to see a physio following prolapse although this is uterine not bladder, she checked with her finger whether I was doing pelvic floor exercises correctly and so I wouldn’t attend if I had my period, hope this helps
