Help me eat correctly....

That's just it really I need a healthy diet for each day.
I'm not overweight but having a baby last year I can't budge the little belly😫😫😫😫

I think your post is confusing. If you are not overweight, your belly bulge may be untoned muscles.
Is it fat?

What are you eating now?

I am years older than you but am only 5 3" and have a fairly sedentary job. I put on tummy weight easily.

I avoid all cakes, biscuits, crisps, sweets, and only eat carbs once a day- so that's either rice, oats, potato, bread, etc- and no snacks between meals.

Sorry to confuse I'm 5ft4 and curvy I don't want to loose a lot of weight but my stomach is always bloated and noticeably too!
I can't seem to shift it but u suppose left over Christmas choc isn't helping :(
I don't eat set meals to be honest! Too busy sorting 3 under 4s haha

I think you know the answer.
Have set meals. cook wholesome from scratch food that your little ones can eat to- things you can reheat when they ar e in bed.
