Leaking when I cough

This week I've been leaking slightly when I cough and after I've urinated (after I've left the bathroom). My DS is 11 months, I had an ELCS and he was 4lb at birth, so not big or heavy to carry. I've recently put on a lot of weight through comfort eating and not exercising. I'm wondering why I've started to leak? Does this mean I won't be able to carry another baby? Sorry, I'm so low about this. I'm early 30s. Argh.

Have you been doing your pelvic floor exercises? If not, start now! It will help, I promise.

And the website for stress incontinence has lots of advice. The answer will be pelvic floor exercises probably.
