Is it a prolapse

Hi, long time user but changed name due to totally over sharing details about my Vagina!
I think I may have a prolapse, I also have (mildish) health anxiety and seem to have lost all sense of what's normal for my vag. I know we're all a bit different but I would love it if anyone is happy to say if they think anything I'm describing sounds normal or not!
I have contacted GP but no appointments, only an online thing where they get back to you in 48hrs!
I am mid 40s and definitely into peri-menopause- last period over 6 months ago. Have 2 kids, straightforward vaginal deliveries.
So last night I was masturbating but it felt a bit different- not able to go as deep as usual and maybe a bit fleshier. Also realised I can feel my cervix sitting around an inch into my vagina- am sure that's not normal for me... is it normal for anyone?? So then I had a look (standing) with a mirror and the opening to my vagina is blocked by a fleshy 'wall' so I can't actually see any hole- I can push past it but it does just sit there across the opening- sorry if I'm grossing anyone out! Realised I haven't actually looked at my vulva/vag in a mirror for Avery very long time and have no idea if that's normal either....,
Finally I have had quite a bit of on off period type cramping, but obvs no period and when I saw dr re menopause they said that's normal but now wondering if it may be to do with prolapse.
Now that I am being all hyper aware about it I feel like I feel a heaviness and full ness and pressure when I walk etc- but I know my anxiety can do that too.
Sorry, mammoth post but freaking out!

It does sound as if something isn't right if your cervix is so low- are you sure that's what it is? It could be a fold of skin or your bladder that has dropped.

You need an appt with your dr and a referral to a gynae for an assessment.

Thank you for replying, it's definitely the cervix. Am hoping maybe it's just a very weak pelvic floor so everything is lower..??? Been googling images! Will hopefully hear back from a dr tomorrow.

Mine is like that and always has been, but if it's not normal for you, do get checked. My cervix moves up and down depending on the time of the month, by a good few inches.
