You can get medication from a nurse as far as I'm aware but only after an examination, they have to make sure you actually have something and know exactly what it is to treat it right.

If you’ve don’t want to see your GP, I’d get in touch with your local GUM Clinic OP. What you mustn’t do is self diagnose as you may have more than one
