Period tracking

Does anyone use an app to track their periods? Mine are really erratic at the moment and I want to track them before going to the GP so they can't send me away to track them for three months.

I used the Natural Cycles app to track. Loads of options and access, clear and easy to use. It is a subscription app and paid for, but I used it to track my cycle and my ovulation and found it really good.

I’ve been using Clue, which is free. Not super brilliant but decent enough.

I use period tracker - it has a pink flower. It’s very good - even the free version which I use.

Period tracker too...

It's worked well for me for over 5 years.

I use the app that comes with my fitbit charge 2.

My nearly 14 year old DD uses a free app called Flo.

Yes, I use monthly cycles by period tracker, have done for years. I started for similar reasons to you but they then became more regular.

It has helped me feel more in control of symptoms as I also tracked tearfulness and boob pain.

I think I am menopausal now so it is useful to track.

I've used period tracker and clue. They're both grand. I'd be lost without an app, to be honest.

I use an android one called calendar. On the play store it's called Period Calendar by Anika. It's a green background with a white daisy flower. It's free and you can turn off the ovation element and just see period info. It has a calendar and graph which is quite clear. It's free, simple and basic but I think it's good and does the job. Similar to you, mine are erratic and I want to be able to show a pattern.
