Genital bump resulting from hpv - how do I remove it?

I had unprotected sex. I caught the hpv. Lesson learned. I have what I suspect is a genital wart (cringe!). I would like to remove it but I suspect this won't be offered on the nhs and I have no idea what kind of service I'm looking for. Anyone who's unfortunately knowledgeable about this, I'd be grateful for any advice.

I think you should go to your GP or a gun clinic. You will not have to pay for treatment.
