Would you eat this?

Will this be ok when cooked or is this a dead cabbage. An ex cavolo nero. Completely demised?

If it's not yellow, brown or slimy then likely to be fine! But you can stand it in water for a few hours (just like you would a bunch of flowers) to try and firm up the wiltiness grin

Too late for today though, I just fished it out of the veg rack to use up.
Definitely not slimy - more, um desiccated I would say grin

I can confirm the bunch of flowers trick works a treat. Also effective for wilted broccoli, as long as it isn’t already covered in fluff.
