Potty training when sick

A minor WWYD in the grand scheme of things....

DD2 is in the process of being potty trained. It is a long process. She gets the idea, she's keen, refuses to wear a nappy... but won't actually go in the potty (as in, she'll tell me she needs to go, she'll sit on the potty for half an hour holding it in and then wet herself 5 minutes later)

But anyway, she woke up from her nap today with a raging temperature - almost 40 degrees. Came down pretty quickly with nurofen & she had a normal afternoon. She just woke up (10pm here) with a temp again, but has gone straight to sleep after some neurofen.

WWYD tomorrow? Keep attempting with the potty, or take a day off seeing as she seems to be coming down with something?

See, told you all it was a pretty minor one grin

I would wait a day or so until she is back on track. My dd2 is worse at potty training when she is tired or poorly so I would let her recover a bit
