I persevered to the end, just in case it actually started to be more than a whole bunch of words thrown together. But no.
So, what was that all about?
Hm, I mostly just enjoyed it, rather than thinking about any real meaning ... but I guess it's about liberation?
I read it a while back, but did really adore it. I've enjoyed all Mitchell's books.
Agree with fisil - I could see there was big theme stuck on there but felt you could have roped together any odk stories and then imposed the theme, felt like a bunch of creative writing exercises. his earlier stuff better, i reckon
