Can’t remember name of a book

Odd message but bare with me. A while ago I read a book based on someone who graduated as a lawyer in London, she then started work for a firm, who moved her up to a different office. She moved to a flat, and in the flat below she bumped into someone who was rich and a client, there was also a Russian man. She dated both and ended up with the Russian after the upper class one was caught in an embarrassing situation with another man. There was. A helicopter crash. Any ideas to what book it was?
