Find this book from a vague description. Please help.

Hello friends! I am trying to remember the title of the book that I read last year (2018). It was romance stand alone novel. As i was trying to remember, the heroine met this man I think in Vegas. They develop a relationship but the woman ended up marrying another dude but they divorced or I think the husband died. The husband married her because he found out that the woman grandfather is rich. She reconciled again with the guy she met in Vegas. This guy is now successful. The woman grandfather is rich. Her mom was in a nursing home and she died. Her grandfather has a bodyguard who has been trying to convince her to see her grandpa. I am trying to recall parts of the books. Please help. Does anyone know the title of the book. I would appreciate it. Thank you!
