Does anyone have any recommendations for novels involving or relating to reincarnation?
I've read both Cloud Atlas and Life After Life!
Thanks!

Every one of Barbara Erskine's books. The first, Lady of Hay, was great. Unfortunately, every book since has been the same basic story in different times!

The Forgetting Time, by Sharon Guskin. Haven’t read it but looks interesting.

Definitely agree with "The First 15 Lives of Harry August" by Claire North.

The Riverworld series by Philip Jose Farmer

Sandman Slim by Richard Kadrey

I second the Deverry sequence. You are lucky because the whole thing is now published, I waited 25 years for the final instalment Grin

Oh yes! worth every second Gin
I reread them for "comfort" reads too, and enjoy them just as much as I did first time round. Some of them have actually changed too, they were re-edited for later editions, and I like realising "I was there" so to speak for the originals, as the later ones unfold the complex story in a better way.

Labyrinth by Kate Mosse is along those lines of reincarnation or possibly a telepathic connection to an ancestor.

Pamela Hartshorne has written several books about reincarnation, basically all the same plot, and not the best literature but okay for passing the time.

In all of them a modern day woman seems to be haunted or possessed by memories of a past life as an Elizabethan woman. Most of them are set in or around York.

I think her first was Time's Echo, then The Memory of Midnight, The Edge of Dark, and House of Shadows.

Apparently there's a new one out next month but she's branched out and set it in London for a change.

The years of rice and salt...i've never read it but it's regularly in 'best sci fi and fantasy' lists.
