What to buy from the Kindle store/amazon? Recommendations please

I have a £30 gift card sitting in my amazon account and I don't know what to get! This is a very rare occurrence for me.
I also have a rather large tbr pile already but I can't resist the beautiful books!

So fire away! What have been your best reads, new and old.

I have recently read Frank Gardner's two books, Blood and Sand (about his near fatal shooting in Ryihad in 2004 and subsequent rehab), and his travel memoirs Far Horizons. I'm strictly speaking a fiction fan, but these two are amazing, really well written. After reading them, I've developed a real deep respect for Frank Gardner and all he's been through.

Highly recommended.
