I got this book for christmas but I realised soon after that there's one that comes before it (dandelion wine).
Has anyone read Something Wicked, and could I read it without having read Dandelion?
I hate it when this happens!

I may just risk It and hope it's ok then 😁

It will be fine, the only link is it is sort off the same setting. But it is stand alone.

Thanks! I'll start it guilt free then.

Love his books, especially the short stories, The October Country is great. And one story, The Sound of Thunder, is really frightening, in the light of current events. Sad

Okay, haven't read it - but my impression is that all Bradbury books can be read individually.

Have you read it yet Black? I absolutely loved it, and am sure it must be a standalone book (tbh I don't really fancy others in the series anyway...).

Watched the film afterwards too, it wasn't quite as good as the book, but DD enjoyed it Smile

My favourite of his is Death is a Lonely Business. It is so atmospheric.
