Bird Bright Shadows, science fiction/spy novella series by E.V. Greig.
Felidae and the sequel Felidae on the Road, by Akif Pirincci. Sort of a detective/noir but told through the eyes of a cat.

I wouldn't buy anything by Akif Pirincci. Granted, I read Felidae, had it from a library before he started to reveal his politics ... google him and find out his political views, and then decide if you want to support him.
