Does anyone have a good character guide to Doctor Zhivago?

I can't keep track with all the different names!!

Hard enough that each person has three names and could be referred to by any one of two in different combinations, there's also the several derivatives each of the three names have.

What's wrong with calling one character by one name!!! I'm bad enough with names as it is ...

You have my sympathies, Foxes. The edition I had helpfully had a list of all the characters and their alternative names. Long since lost it, sorry blush
