There will be NO wifi for 11 days of it, no 4G, nothing. I can easily get through a book every two days.

Please recommend me some to get stuck into. I like anything except Chick Lit.

Thanks Smile

Very jealous, I would love a holiday like that. I read 'All the Light we Cannot See' on holiday last week and loved it. Almost finished 'A Little Life' and think that will be my best read for 2016, very highly recommended although definitely not a light holiday read.

Other books I have enjoyed this year are:
Do no harm - Henry Marsh
How to be brave - Louise Beech
A man called Ove - Fredrick Backman
We need to talk about Kevin - Lionel Shriver
The memory book - Rowan Coleman

I started to read the first of the Robert Galbraith books and really enjoyed the flawed hero Cormoran Strike, so much that I read the next two books consecutively and Am eagerly awaiting the next. Ideal to read on holiday.

I recently read The Light Between Oceans. M L Stedman a really good gripping book..

Happy reading

I would recommend anything by Erin Kelly - psychological thrillers written so well and very pacy. I find her books really engaging.

Happy holidays!
