Help with book title

Can anyone help me think of the title of a book that I read last year please? I can't find any trace of it on my Kindle and it's driving me crazy! It's about a group of girlfriends who go to a retreat (possibly somewhere like Nepal) which is actually more of a cult. The friends start to turn on each other and someone eventually ends up falling off a cliff and I think they were presumed dead but it turned out they weren't. Any ideas

Ah thank you so much. I actually Googled 'The Lie' last night but when I stated to read the description I though it was a different book that I'd also read! Easily confused! Thanks again.

I think there are 2 books called the The Lie.

It's the CL Taylor one I was thinking of. I read the start of the description that says it's set in an animal sanctuary in Wales and immediately thought that wasn't it as its set in Nepal. Forgot about the dual timeline. Think I'm reading so much I'm confusing myself!
