Start using Mumsnet PremiumSelling your books
(2 Posts)Hi, just wondered if anyone has any experience of this to share, either
- becoming a seller on ebay/Amazon etc and listing them separately
- selling in bulk to an online buyer
What has worked out best for you and where do you get the most money?
Many thanks in advance
Haven't done it for a while but when I did I got no interest whatsoever from amazon. EBay was much better.
I'm not in the UK but over here I had some luck in the local thriftshop and we have second hand bookshops that give you discount when you trade in your old books that works well too.
I also tried selling them at car boot sales but didn't have much success. If I was still in the UK I would try eBay first and I would try selling in a job lot.
