Mary Kay Andrews is very light but enjoyable - I've read a couple so far, Summer Rental and Little Bitty Lies and found them a good bit of escapism.
Drabble Folk and Fairy Tales
It's 100 stories of 100 words, ideal for dipping into.

The 100yr old man who climbed out of the window and disappeared is my current read and it well written as well as laugh out loud funny.

Anything by lianne moriarty, Kate Atkinson or Louise doughty. My favourites for gripping but easy reading. 'Elizabeth is missing' is my favourite read of 2015 so far ..
