Are there any good books on Kindle Unlimited?

I've just signed up for my 30-day free trial and wondered if there were any good books on there to look out for? I'm quite a fast reader so can potentially get through loads in the next 30 days. Thanks.

It seems to me to be a lot of the books that are free anyway, plus a couple of things they think will draw people in, like the Harry Potter series. I haven't seen anything that would make me want to sign up.

Same here. I had the free trial and found a couple of books I wanted, but out of the 200 or so books on my ereaderiq wish list, that was it. I get almost all my books at 99p or so when ereaderiq tells me they are cheap, so I could buy several books of my own choosing for that sort of money anyway, without the subscription commitment.

Kindle Unlimited is totally pointless IMHO.

No I don't think so. I had noticed a couple of things which are on my to-read list but when I started making a mental note of which in my to-read list are on it, most of them aren't, I don't think it will save me any money.

OnIklkey, tell me more about this? Is it an app or a website?

Are you asking about the //www.ereaderiq.co.uk website? You paste in a link to the kindle book on amazon, give them your email address and set a price and they will email you when the price drops below your set price, or you can follow a favourite author.

Book prices on amazon go up and down a lot - click on the more info link when you have stored a book on ereaderiq to see historical price variations.

I've had about 150 books for 99 pence or so, so now I don't allow myself to buy a book unless it is cheap, but just put it on my ereaderiq list - I have about 200 books on there - some might never drop in price, but I've got loads of unread books so I'm just slowly working my way through them.

Ah thanks - if it's email based I might not bother. I'll have a look though.

the book Fat Chance is by Nick Spalding , and you can get the kindle app for your phone or computer, nice thing is adjusting the background colour, line spacing and font size so its easy on the eyes.
