Ocean at the End of the Lane or Apple Tree Yard or The Light House?

Have got down to a short list of 3 for my book club - any views on which would be best appreciated!

Ooh, just finished Ocean at the End of the Lane and loved it despite early misgivings (not a huge fable/fantasy fan). I'd go for this one as it has some really interesting elements to discuss. Apple Tree Yard was good but I didn't think hugely innovative in the genre.
