(10 Posts)Ages and ages ago I read some posts on here that said that Naomi's Room by Jonathan Aycliffe was super scary and have been trying to find a copy ever since (I'm not sure why I feel the need to terrify myself). It's been an impossible task, but I have just noticed that they have now got a kindle version for the princely sum of 99p!

OOh will download.
Read it years ago but have never forgotten it
Denis MacEoin, a British specialist in Muslim studies, wrote his supernatural horror novel Naomi's Room under the pseudonym Jonathan Aycliffe. After all, if there's a genre that can't get any love, it's horror.
I wondered about downloading it too. Is it very disturbing?
Oh will download this. I read Whispers in the dark years ago by the same author and it was very, very creepy. Thanks!
It is bloody horrible but good, if you are into very scary!
Horrible as in disturbing or horrible as in gory??and isn't it about a missing child?
Just seen this, it's now £4.80, I've been looking out for this book too, but never managed to get a copy!
It is disturbing yes. And Pretty Gory too.
I don't think i'd read it again but it definitely stays in the memory.
It's rather like The Shining in a way but based around a missing little girl.
