Sixty Minute Mother by Rob Parsons - anyone...?

I have a copy of this excellent book but have lent it to someone - can't remember who - and they haven't given it back. Inside is the best definition of motherhood but I can't remember it properly.
It starts with a woman at a dinner party being sidelined for being a SAHM so her answer includes in training for a UN diplomat, expert nutritionist etc. Can anyone let me know what it says?
