I have always loved his children's books but I can't believe I've never read any of his books intended for an older audience!

I like books with suspense and dark humour which is very much his bag. Which titles would you recommend first?

From memory Switch Bitch is worth a read, I can't remember if it is a book in itself or one of his short stories though. It's been years since I read any of his stuff.

I would read his short stories "Tales of the Unexpected" is what they are called I think. I will check that on Amazon.

His writing is dark and funny and extremely good.

Yes they are on Amazon as tales of the unexpected and more tales of the unexpected.

Someone Like You, Switch Bitch, Over To You. Wonderfully dark short story collections.

They would be very likely to be in your local library too as they have been popular for a long time.
