in the time you took to reply, I went onto Amazon, realised which book you meant, and ordered it smile

LOL

This was our book club book for next month's discussion.

On my kindle and everything, all ready to read.

Flurry of emails last week that it is too disturbing and upsetting so now we have a new book.

I know!

I am made of sterner stuff and will crack on.

Is it book club discussion worthy?

Thanks for recommending ITDC - I am a lurker here but downloaded it and literally couldn't stop reading it - gobbled it up in 2 sittings and was very tired for a couple of days after reading WAY too late into the night!!!

Will def order the next one smile

What are you doing to me???!!! I cannot afford any more books and you're recommending brilliant ones left, right and centre! What are you playing at? grin

Heifer Wed 18-May-11 20:33:20

I've been ordering books online from the library that people have recommended. It's a brilliant service. If they haven't got the book at my local library, but does at another library in the county then I can order it, and it sends it to my local lib for me to pick up and all for 80p.

I have saved a fortune in the last few months...

Thanks for the recommendations, they sound right up my street grin

< creeps in to offer up another one >

Before I go to sleep by S J Watson. Really original, creepy and gripping. I read this in two sittings.

Sorry!

Before I go to sleep by S J Watson sounds AMAZING!!! That one isn't even going on my wish list, it's going straight in the basket smile

shineoncrazydiam0nd Thu 19-May-11 13:29:51

yes, it's a good read, have to say.

I spend £££ on kindle books. Shame I also spend £££ on loads of other things that I like too grin
