Hi,
I don't have any way to heat food at work and I am struggling to come up with anything other than salad or pesto pasta. Any ideas? Thanks!

Pasta salad. Cold veg pizza (especially if you make it yourself). Quiche. Wraps. Pitta, veg sticks and hummus. Summer soup (meant to be cold) or take soup or noodles in a flask!

Invest in a good food flask - then you will have more options.

So personally I have boiled eggs and toast in the morning (no butter) and full meal in the evening and then during the day I just have cup-a-soup for exactly the same reason.

I have salad with boiled eggs and turkey or tuna. Or a chicken sweetcorn wrap. If it’s a cold lunch I just have tea with it to add a hot element. Or get a good thermos flask and take in homemade soup.

Wraps with some chicken tikka and salad
Pita bread and hummus
Variation in sandwiches- tuna, egg mayo, cheese, ham, corned beef etc
Couscous - either take into work made or buy the packet you just need to add hot water
Cuppa soup
Flask of soup
Cheese and crackers

Pita with tuna or egg mayo
BLT flatbread - bacon medallions, tomatoes, salad, LF mayo in a flatbread with some light crisps and fruit
Nice crackers with cottage cheese, ham and veg sticks

More interesting salads:
Falafel and humous with mediterranean salad - lots of herbs chopped in to make it tasty
Greek salad with olives and feta for flavour, bulked out with chickpeas or chicken breast

Cous cous salad maybe. Or you could have it warm if you have a kettle at work. Watching with interest as I eat salad every day. Hence me thinking that *tabi94's response wasn't exactly helpful!
