I've just signed up to ww online and have 44 points a day and 42 weekly points. Looking at the food this seems high? Am used to slimming world and this is my first time at ww so want to get it right!

Hi zig I am also doing ww and I have 23 points a day and 35 weeklies. Yours does seem high but in the online forum I have seen others say that they have a lot of points. Are you already relatively slim?

Hi, no I have quite a bit to lose, do you get more points if you're bigger?

Yes, more points if you are bigger. It came as a shock to my dh when his points reduced when he lost weight.

That's good to know! Will expect less as I loose (hopefully!)

I found the reduction in points a psychological and practical hurdle. Even dropping 1 measly point suddenly meant I had to make changes to my daily plans. Looking back I can see that it was a good thing to keep shaking up my meal plans and gradually reducing snacks etc.

Good luck Flowers

I have 23 points daily and 28 weeklies. I did have more weeklies when I started 6 weeks ago, think it was 35 and I am hoping they do not drop again - I will never fit my wine in!

I don't think the daily points drop any lower than 23 - she says hopefullyGrin
