I am thinking of rejoining weight watchers.I last went 13 years ago and did pro points.A few years ago I went once but didn't understand the new system.I asked the leader but she told me to re read the book and told me it was simple.I felt too embarrassed to ask again.
Can anyone pease explain the no counting plan simply to me.I have googled it but it doesn't seem clear to me.I understand the food list ,and eating untill satisfied but not the additional points.
Are they the same for everyone or do they change according to weight, height and age?
Can anyone explain the extra points in food items over the week for me.
For example if I wanted to use my extra points on avocado or nuts what sort of portion a day could I have.If I wanted cheese how many grams a week would the points allow for?
Thanks

www.weightwatchers.com/uk/m/cms/article/no-count-food-list

Heres the full no count list.

As you said take care on portions eat until your satisfied not stuffed.

You weeklies are to be used for anything not on the list....flour biscuits wine etc.

Have you got the usual smart points list that gives the points of basic foods.
You can have whatever you want just weigh & count.

Has anyone actually lost weight with No Counting?

Someone in my Weight Watchers group has lost six stone since last July doing no count, and her partner has lost four stone. They like it so much they've stuck with it rather than changing to flex.

I'm doing flex but think they are awesome!

Hi. I joined WW today and went to a meeting but the leader didn’t mention the No Count Plan at all! She talked about zero foods but that was it. I’ve got 23 daily points which doesn’t go very far as I don’t eat eggs or fish which are both free. I’m thinking the No Count might be better for breakfast if I can have crumpets or beans on toast for free. Have I got that right? Seems too good to be true! Thanks.

There's a woman called Lisa Coleman who has her own Youtube channel and she has lost 16 stone + by following No Count. She's inspirational.

i'm in the uk and on the new flex plan.I have 23 points a day to eat plus any zero point food i like. I also have weekly points, these are best saved for special occasions/ weekends. I don't always use them but they are handy to dip into. Pointed foods add up really quickly. So for breakfast you could for example have 2 eggs (zero points) then you need to add any fat or milk you've used (maybe 2 points), if you add a slice of toast that's 3 and a teaspoon marg is 1 (i think, i'm new so not 100% certain without checking). Your brekkie now comes to 6 points. If you've have had steamed kale or tomatoes and mushrooms it would have remained far lower.
