Just finished week 1. Lost 4 lbs. Just a million to go. It seems such a big task doesn't it? What have you swapped or introduced that you don't normally eat?

I have finally cracked open the Clearspring Tofu that I buy (and usually dump when sell by date has passed). I need to eat more Tofu (peri-menopausal) and I just cut it carefully into cubes and have it with salad. It is ZERO points. It also stops me slathering mayo on everything as it is wibbly.

Also just finally opened my Miso soup sachets. I used to have horrible cup a soups. One packet of Miso is 1 point. Love it.

As usual the Dairy Lee light triangles have made an appearance. When I am hungry and feel like I need a protein snack they come out. 1 triangle = 1 point.

Skyr - natural Icelandic (made in Germany) yoghurt. Crack open a passion fruit and dribble on top. ZERO points, healthy bones.

I've dropped the lattes and taken up black coffee. It's not so bad!

Banana pancakes. Mash a ripe banana, beat in two eggs and a pinch of salt if you like, cook like a pancake. Serve with ground cinnamon and fat free Greek yoghurt. No points!

Also the jelly/yoghurt thing - not sure what it's called. Dissolve sugar free jelly crystals in 500ml boiling water. Cool to room temp. Mix in 500ml fat free Greek yoghurt. Set in fridge. No points!

I was going to say banana pancakes too! I use only one egg and lots of cinnamon.

I do eat meat but I’m trying to eat less and I really enjoy beans and lentils so I’ve made a big pan of veg curry with carrots, celeriac, onion, lentils, garlic, ginger, tinned tomatoes, garam marsala and a few extra spices (I think cardamom and turmeric). Warm a bowlful in microwave then serve with a dollop of fat free Greek yogurt. Really filling.

Oh and I squeezed a tiny sharp clementine over my banana pancakes last night (not having a lemon) and a little stevia. Was good move.

I've bought Options hot chocolate. Now I've got 3 flavours. Chocolate orange, choc mint and white chocolate. 2 points a pop. Love it!! When I'm walking home from walking the dog I'll be deciding which flavour to have today. Like that frog from Bod 🙂

I hate banana pancakes so much I cant articulate it! Everytime a pancake recipe pops up in the fb group I say a little prayer it will be without banana but it never is!

I like those little stand and stuff taco shells, 1 point for a mini one, 2 points for the bigger ones. I mix a tin of tuna, 3 eggs, a little tin of sweetcorn and pour it in like a quiche. Grate a little bit of cheese over the top

Just discovered Waitrose Frozen Yog. Beligium chocolate flavour (tastes like real choc ice cream) 4 points and Berry flavour for 3 points. It is a real treat.
