I had a baby last January. Gained a small about of weight when pregnant but BF left me a stone heavier than I wanted to be. Lost the stone in the summer with WW. Went back to work to find my maternity cover had completely messed up the teaching of GCSE, my lovely year group had turned into hormonal Year 10s, in the midst of sorting a school show and also trying to teach normal lessons - it has generally been a nightmare. I've regained 8lb. I've started WW again today to try and lose the 8lb plus another 7lb. I'm not massively overweight but my size 12s are tight and I want to feel confident. I'm going to start running three times per week too to help me deal with the work stress and try and improve my mental health.
My first target is to lose 8lb by the 10th of Feb for my friends wedding. I'm looking for anyone who wants to chat and generally try and motivate each other. Can't use connect as half my family have joined online to try and lose the Christmas weight!
